Sign-up and create your own Wakelet account. Once you create your own account you can start creating your own Wakelet Collections. The Collections you create can be private, unlisted or shared to the public.

This collection will provide you with all the information you need to learn about Wakelet and to start 🏄🏽‍♀️ the #wakeletwave! 🌊

Here's a snapshot of our district's first ever Wakelet collection. In this collection, students and staff were able to share what they were grateful for or a description of their favorite family tradition or meal during Thanksgiving. The "column layout" was selected to allow for posts to be organized by school. Multiple platforms were used in this Wakelet collection: Flipgrid, Mote, Seesaw, and Twitter posts.

All of the ideas below could be set up as an individual collection or displayed in a whole group setting where virtual gallery walks with peer-to-peer feedback could take place.

Wakelet has become one of the very best options for students (and their teachers) to easily create a digital portfolio. Digital portfolios are a great solution for showcasing learning by not only showing what students have learned but also how they have applied the learning to their creations. Portfolios can be created by students of any age with any content area.
